Q1. Who created SHOP.KIMNSHIN and what is it about?

Shop.Kimnshin is created by Kim & Shin, founders of Kimnshin Photography, seeking to provide an accessible platform for users to shop for basic wedding necessities.

Q2. Will you have more wedding items in the future?

Yes, we are constantly looking out for new vendors to offer to our customers.

PURCHASING & REWARDS

Q1. Can I buy and give the item to my friend as gift?

Yes, you can. Your friend has to produce the invoice/invoice number to claim from the respective vendor. You may also contact us to get an gift E-voucher (with no price) after your purchase is completed.

Q2. What the expiry date for the purchase?

Each purchase is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

If you purchase it on 12 Jan 2020, the last day to claim the item or complete the service is 11 Jan 2021.

Q3. How does the point system works?

For every $1, 10 points will be awarded to your account. The points can be accumulated and be used to exchanged for vouchers/rewards under our rewards program, which can be used for future purchases.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Q1. If I made my purchase on 1 Jan 2020, when is the last day I can cancel my purchase?’

You can cancel your purchase and get full refunds within 7 days of purchase. In this case, you have to send us an email before 7 Jan 2020.

Q2. How long is the free cancellation period?

You may cancel your purchase anytime within 7 days from the date of your purchase and you will get 100% of your money back with no questions asked.

Q3. How do I cancel my purchase?

Q4. When do I get my refunds?

You will receive the refund within 14 days after the cancellation is confirmed.

Q5. How much of the refunds do I receive if I cancel within the free cancellation period?

100% of the purchased value will be refunded.

Q6. What are the payment methods?

Credit cards through our website only.

PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE

Q1. Which photographer will be assigned for my purchased package?

One of the photographers from KIMNSHIN will be assigned to you randomly. Do check out KIMNSHIN’s website for their portfolios.

Q2. Can I choose my photographer?

Unfortunately, you cannot. It depends on the photographer’s availability on your available date.

Q3. When must I book my photoshoot?

You can book your photo session anytime within one year of purchase. One month advanced booking is required and weekends slots are limited. Do note that your photoshoot date has to be within one year of purchase.

Q4. Can I purchase more edited images than the ones I have in my package?

Yes, you can purchase them through our online gallery after the edited pictures have been uploaded.

Q5. Do you have bigger packages, ie 10 hours photography for wedding day?

We only offer small packages (under 3 hours) through our site. Contact us www.kimnshin.com for our full day pre-wedding and actual day photography packages.

Q6. How do I receive my pictures after the photoshoot?

Within 14 days after the photoshoot, you will receive the edited images through an online gallery. You can download the images based on the number of downloadable photos you have purchased.

Q7. Are there any charges for photoshoot on public holidays?

We would generally prefer weekday and non public holidays because there are lesser crowds and it is better for outdoor photoshoot. There is an additional charge of $100 for photoshoot on public holiday. Bookings on a public holiday is subjected to availability only.

WEDDING STYLING

Q1. Does the items include set up?

No. All items are kept low cost due to the elimination of the manpower for the set up. Self collection and delivery charges are available for selected items. Please check the T&C in the individual listing to find out more.

Q4. I have made my purchase. How do I claim my item?

We will send you an email with the details on who to contact for the items.

Q5. Can I do custom orders?

Yes, for selected items only. Additional fees may apply and payable directly to the vendor. Custom order is not valid for photo table rental service.

Q6. Where can I collect my photo table rental and when can I do it?

Collection is at our studio. You can collect 1 day before your wedding day, and return the next day. Do select your dates on the listing to check available before purchase.

PERSONAL CLASS

Q1. When are the available dates for the photography class?

We can start the class with 1 person too! It is a personal class for you to learn about basic photography, so time is flexible. Do make an appointment early!

Q2. How many pax is allowed for each class?

5 pax is the limit because we would like to keep the class small so that each student can get more 1 to 1 interaction with the instructor.

Q3. I would like to join but I am too shy to do the class alone. What should I do?

First of all, Shin is very friendly and is very comfortable with 1 to 1 teaching. In fact, you may learn more as the class can be tailored more for your needs.  Alternatively, you can always enquire about our next group class and you can join the group then!

Q4. Where will the class be conducted?

It will be conducted in our studio.

Q5. Do I need to have a camera to attend the class?

Not at all. We have students who come in with no camera and are here to learn more about photography first before committing to a new camera. We have cameras here to let you try out too.
